Every existing directory leads with the same information - company logo, star rating, review count, location, and a paragraph of self-written marketing copy. None of that helps a buyer make a decision. What buyers actually told us they wanted was simple - show me what tools they use, how fast they work, what they charge, and whether anyone has independently checked their claims.
The number one complaint from buyers was not about finding studios - it was about trusting what they found. Every directory lets studios write their own profiles, choose their own categories, and self-report their capabilities. Buyers know this, and it makes the entire discovery process feel unreliable. The ones who end up hiring well do so through referrals, not directories.
